HARDCORE
What's Different
- For a complete look at what different things OUTBREAK ASSAULT has to offer, click here
Go through a zombie infested abandoned building... at night
- Booking hardcore mode (6pm onwards) is not for the faint of heart. You may experience things out of the ordinary, if you know what we mean.
- If at any point you feel that you have had enough, just give the safe word, "I want my Mommy" to your guide and we will send an evacuation team to come get you and bring you to safety.
- By doing so, you end your Outbreak Assault experience unfinished but cannot refund your registration fee. There is no shame in calling it quits, but do try your best to conquer your fears.
BRING YOUR OWN FLASHLIGHT
- The assault will happen in an abandoned building where electricity hasn't been present since the first Outbreak has started. So expect the place to be very dark and creepy.
- There will be flood lights to make sure it's not pitch dark... But you are still required to bring your own flashlight.
YOU ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST, SIR!
- Hardcore mode will be a true test of character. It will be your best zombie dream / nightmare come true.
- Take on hordes of zombies, find clues and solve puzzles to uncover the truth about the Outbreak... while conquering the fear of darkness.
How it Works
It's a Zombie Simulation... We have guns... Now what?
- Though it is time to fight back, your safety is still our number one priority.
- For the safety of people who have no experience in holding guns, ALL THE GUNS WILL HAVE NO LIVE AMMO throughout the whole duration of the simulation.
Airsoft guns without live ammo?
- The prop guns you will be using are 1:1 airsoft replicas. They function just like their real steel counterparts. They operate by filling up the magazine with gas. They will pop and recoil just like the real thing but not as loud, and not as harsh. They will also run out of “ammo.”
If the gun will not fire any bullets, how will the zombie know he’s hit?
- All the zombies are all graduates of the Outbreak Manila Zombie school and are specifically trained to react appropriately to each gunshot. Some will take them down, others will just slow them down, the rest… will just get angrier.
Do we have unlimited ammunition?
- This isn’t a video game with a cheat code. You will probably have around 15 shots per magazine. When you run out, there will be reload stations on certain levels.
So how will I know if I’ve run out of ammo?
- You’ve run out of ammo when your gun stops cycling. You better not get caught without ammo while a flesh eater is coming for you. Else, you would be fresh meat!
What to Remember
Be prepared for the OutBreak
- This is no longer a run nor a covert mission. You will be thrusted into a zombie battlefield and have to fight your way through the undead.
- Large groups of people have the tendency to attract zombies. For your safety, participants will be grouped by batches of 10. Don't have 10 friends? awwww.. Don't worry though, you can be grouped with other teams to split the balance.
Zombies will be after your brains!
- Don't worry, at the end of the day this is still just a Zombie Survival Simulation. Our zombies won't physically hurt you (no promises about psychological damages though).
- In return, please do not physically harm our zombies as well or bring other deadly weapons. Just stick to the gear we will be providing you to fight back. That should be more than enough.
- All the zombies are all graduates of the Outbreak Manila Zombie school and are specifically trained to react appropriately to each gunshot. Some will take them down, others will just slow them down, the rest… will just get angrier.
No shame in getting tired!
- Should you feel the need to rest or can’t continue at any point, please inform your guide ASAP.
- Bring a backpack or camelback for water as the water in the building has been contaminated by the virus. Drinking it will deem you infected. So bring your own water.
Rules for your Survival
What type of savages would we be without rules?
- Do not bring any deadly weapons inside the facility. We’ve got you covered.
- Stay hydrated! The mixture of moving around plus the adrenaline will be exhausting.
- In a zombie simulation, don't expect someone to be waiting in a corner that will give you water. There will be no available areas with available water. If you find some, there's a good chance it's contaminated! So be prepared and bring your own water supply.
- Costumes are welcomed. But prioritize comfortable clothing. We HIGHLY recommend you wear a long sleeved shirt and pants with comfortable running shoes. Don’t forget to bring extra clothes to change into after the assault. You may also need towel to wipe the sweat, dust and dirt off!
- Make sure you use the toilet before the event. You don’t want to be stopping in the middle of a firefight to go to the toilet. These zombies will stop at nothing to eat you!
- NO lockers on site. Please leave valuables in the car locked, secured and out of sight.
- NO smoking inside the facility at ALL TIMES..
- Make sure to bring your booking tickets and have them ready upon arrival. If you’re thinking of dragging a friend along without a booking, we can’t guarantee a slot.
- Strictly no picture taking inside the building compound. Only in the assigned photo OP areas.
- Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to participate in the race. Please arrive ON TIME for your wave and make sure you are SOBER.
- Violators of any of these rules will be escorted out of the premises without any refund.
